Microdermabrasion is a non-invasive mechanical exfoliation treatment performed by using a micro-crystal covered tip and vacuum suction technique. The Microdermabrasion treatment removes dead skin cells and improves collagen. As a result, the dermal treatment produces a smoother, brighter and a more youthful complexion. It is also used to treat a number of skin conditions and imperfections including fine lines, oily or congested and sun damaged skins.
The course includes the comprehensive theoretical knowledge of the treatment and clinical hands-on training. Using medical-grade technologies, you will perform several non-invasive mechanical exfoliation treatments on real-life models in our simulated clinic environment.
Upon successful course completion, you will pose the necessary knowledge and application of skills to safely and confidently perform the Microdermabrasion treatment within your own clinical or practice setting.
